VERORDNUNG VOM 17. FEBRUAR 2014 VERFPLICHTET CAMPINGPLÄTZEN ODER WOHN- UND FREZEITPARKS EIN PLATZORDNUNG ZU HABEN.

ALLGEMEINE BEDINGUNGEN

I.- GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION AND STAY

In order to be allowed to enter, set up and stay at the campsite, you must first be authorised to do so by the manager or their representative. The manager’s duty is to ensure that the campsite is well kept and runs smoothly, as well as to ensure that the rules and regulations herein are respected. Staying at the campsite implies the acceptance of the provisions in these rules and regulations and the commitment to comply with them.
No one may take up residence at the campsite.

2. POLICE FORMALITIES

Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will not be admitted without written parental authorisation. In accordance with Article R. 611-35 of the Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right to asylum, the manager is required to have the foreign national complete and sign an individual police form as soon as they arrive. It must include the following:
1° First and last names;
2° Date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° Usual residence.
Children under the age of 15 may be included on one of their parents’ forms.

3. INSTALLATION

Outdoor accommodation and the corresponding material must be installed on the indicated pitch in compliance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.

4. RECEPTION DESK

Open throughout the holiday village opening period, from 4th February 2017 to 6th November 2017.
At the reception desk you will find information on campsite services, opportunities for buying supplies, sports facilities, touristic attractions of the surrounding area and various other helpful addresses. A system for receiving and reviewing complaints is available for clients.

5. PUBLICATION

These rules and regulations are posted at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk. They are given to each client upon request. For classified campsites, the classification category with the tourism or leisure indication and the number of tourism or leisure pitches is displayed.
Prices of the different services are communicated to Clients in the terms and conditions determined in an order issued by the Minister in charge of consumer policy, and are available at the reception desk.

6. DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

Clients are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure on the day before departure.

7. NOISE AND SILENCE

Clients are asked to avoid making noise and having discussions that could inconvenience their neighbours. Audio equipment and devices should be adjusted accordingly. Closing car doors and boots should be done as discreetly as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be permitted to run free on the campsite, even confined, in their owners’ absence, who bear civil liability for them.
The manager also ensures clients’ peace and quiet by establishing time periods during which there must be total silence (see Article F of the special conditions).

8. VISITORS

After being authorised by the manager or representative, visitors may enter the campsite under the responsibility of the campers that invite them. The client may receive one or more visitors at the reception. Services and campsite facilities are accessible for visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be charged based on a price that must be displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted in the campsite.

9. TRAFFIC AND PARKING VEHICLES

Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h. Car traffic is authorised from 6:00am – midnight. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite may drive in the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches
usually used for accommodation, unless a parking space was specified for this purpose. Parking should not obstruct traffic nor the installation of new arrivals.

10. UPKEEP AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES

Each individual is required to refrain from any action that could undermine the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, and in particular sanitary facilities. Dumping waste water on the ground or in the gutters is forbidden. Clients must dispose of waste water in the facilities intended for this purpose.
Household waste, papers and all types of waste must be disposed of in the waste bins. Washing is strictly prohibited except in the basins intended for this purpose. Clothes will be hung out as required at the communal drying area. However, this is tolerated up to 10 a.m. near accommodation, and only if it is done discretely and without causing the neighbours any inconvenience. Washing must never be hung from trees.
Planting and floral decorations must be respected. Driving nails into trees, cutting branches and planting are all prohibited.
Marking out the location of an installation using personal means or by digging in the ground is prohibited. Any repair to damage caused to the vegetation, fences, campsite or facilities will be at the perpetrator’s expense. The pitch having been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it at the time of arrival.

11. SAFETY

a) FIRE

Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good operating condition and not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire, immediately inform management. Fire extinguishers are available if necessary. First aid kits are located at the swimming pool, the bar, at the security post and at the reception.

b) THEFT

Management is responsible for objects left at the office and has the general obligation to provide surveillance for the campsite. The camper remains responsible for their own installation and must inform a staff member of the presence of any suspicious person. Clients are asked to take the usual precautions in safeguarding their material.

12. GAMES

No violent or disruptive games may be organised near facilities. The meeting room may not be used for lively games. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

13. STORAGE

Written permission by management is required before anything can be left parked on the campsite for long periods and only at the indicated location. There may be a charge for this service.

14. VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager, or their representative, will make a formal demand orally, or in writing if deemed necessary, to cease and desist the disorder.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation of these rules and regulations, after the manager has made a formal demand to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the case of a criminal offense, the manager may call on law enforcement.

II.- SPECIAL CONDITIONS

a) TOLERATION

A toleration, whatever the duration or nature, must never be considered as a right, and may be withdrawn by Management
at any time.

b) NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED ON THE PITCH

The number of people in a mobile home or HLL must not exceed the number prescribed by the manufacturer.

c) NUMBER OF VEHICLES ALLOWED PER PITCH

Each pitch may only receive one vehicle in addition to the mobile home, excepting prior authorisation.

d) OPENING HOURS

Further to Article 4 of the general conditions of these rules and regulations, it is expressly provided that the posted hours may be modified depending on the tourist attendance and the organisation of the Village.

e) PERMIT FEES

Permit fees are payable at the Reception desk. The amount is set based on the rate in effect for the current season. Any individual who wishes to stay at the holiday village must have paid the total of their stay before moving in.

f) RESIDENTS’ PEACE AND QUIET

Further to Article 7 of the general conditions of these rules and regulations, there must be complete and total silence from midnight to 6 a.m.

g) DOGS AND ANIMALS

Further to article 7 in the general conditions of these rules and regulations, except for the rental of Siblu mobile homes where they are prohibited, dogs and other animals are authorised as long as they are calm and not dangerous for others. Nevertheless, category 1 dogs (pit bulls, boerboels and of tosa inu appearance), category 2 dogs (Rottweiler, American Staffordshire terrier and tosa inu) and the following breeds (Japanese akita, Neapolitan mastiff) are prohibited on the holiday village. Dogs and other animals are prohibited in the Fun Pass Club (restaurant, bar, terraces, swimming pool, playgrounds…). Any excrement in the holiday village must be picked up, put in a bag and thrown out in a waste bin. Dog and other animal owners must be able to present mandatory vaccination certificates at any time. With regards to tattooing, dog and cat owners must comply with the requirements laid down by the Veterinary Services of the given Prefecture.
Any stray animal on the property will be immediately transferred to the nearest animal shelter.

h) TRAFFIC

Further to Article 9 of the general conditions of these rules and regulations, traffic regulations apply within the village. Traffic is freely authorised from 7:00am – 11:00pm. Outside of these hours traffic must be limited to a strict minimum. Driving unlicensed motor vehicles for the purpose of transporting people is strictly prohibited in the holiday village for security reasons. This does not apply to vehicles used by the company. Any person driving in the holiday village must be able to justify their right to drive at any moment.

i) UPKEEP/APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES

Further to Article 10 of the general conditions of these Rules and regulations, users are prohibited from disposing of their waste by their own means, whether by fire or any other method. Nothing should be thrown down the drains that might clog them. In the event of noncompliance with this rule, the expenses for repairs will be invoiced to the resident responsible. Washing cars is prohibited. It is expressly reiterated that only fences made of plant materials are accepted, and that installing gates, doorways or other installations which block the entrance to each plot is forbidden.
The Management of the holiday village or their representatives reserve the right to visit the pitches and rented mobile homes at any time.

j) FIRE-HOSE STATIONS

The fire-hoses are reserved for combatting fires. All other use is prohibited except by holiday village personnel. It is strictly forbidden to clean cars, mobile homes or play with the fire-hoses!

k) MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

It is forbidden to have firearms or other dangerous devices (firecrackers, fireworks…) anywhere on the holiday village. All rallies, meetings, political, religious or other propaganda are forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to open electrical boxes and manholes (including sewage).The Rules and regulations are inseparable from the documents „Play Safe“, „Swim safe“, which regulate the safety and security aspects of the holiday village, as well as the holiday village evacuation plan containing instructions in the event of fire or flood.

l) PLOT INSTALLATIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS

Any temporary construction is strictly prohibited. Likewise, any work that requires a builder’s permit or a declaration of work, or any other administrative authorisation is also forbidden.
Any installation or development, beyond those listed above, are also prohibited, in principle. However, the client may, by request with the holiday village Management, acquaint themselves with the Cahier des charges related to developments authorised by way of derogation. In the event that the conditions in the Cahier des charges are accepted, the client may proceed with one or several developments that comply with said specifications, provided they receive written authorisation from siblu on request together with a plan including the dimensions and the details of the materials to be used. All development must comply with the legislation in effect. The effective installation of any development is subject to inspection and a check for compliancy with the Cahier des charges by the holiday village Management for a fee payable to siblu of the rate indicated on the price list.
Removing the grassy areas of the Pitch or covering them with other materials (e.g. gravel, paving stones, sand, cement, etc.) is not permitted without prior written authorisation from the Management of the siblu Holiday Village.
Washing lines are strictly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to install any type of banner, poster, or any type of advertising signs on the mobile home or HLL, on the Pitch or in the Holiday Village, including for the purpose of proposing the rental or sale of the mobile home or HLL.
Using any equipment that could be dangerous, toxic or that would inconvenience other residents in any way is not permitted. This includes cooking and heating equipment which emit smoke. The use of a barbecue is permitted, subject to local regulations (particularly in the event of prefectural or municipal restriction), weather conditions, and in conditions that guarantee the optimal
safety of goods and people. It must never be left without the client’s supervision and must be fully turned off after use. Any installation, development or planting will remain in place without compensation at the end of the Contract, except if siblu requires the Client to leave the property in the same condition as when they first arrived.
